Insurance Information

I am currently in network with Aetna Insurance.  

I am also partnered with The Lactation Network (TLN) allowing our visits to be covered by your insurance if you qualify. (TLN generally covers patients with United Health and Anthem, among others.) You can click on the link below to see if you do. If you choose to go this route, I do charge an additional $100 out-of-pocket service fee for the first visit and a $50 service fee for follow-up visits (This service fee is included in the cost of "self-pay" cost.) This service fee is due at the time of the visit.  I encourage you to see if you are covered under TLN promptly as I have found that it can take a couple of days for TLN to get back to you regarding coverage. We can plan the visits accordingly if you are going this route. 

Payment due at the end of each visit. 

*If you live more than 20 miles from Richmond, I charge a $50 travel fee that is not covered by insurance
