Insurance Information

I am currently in network with Aetna Insurance.  

I am also partnered with The Lactation Network (TLN) allowing our visits to be partially covered by your insurance if you qualify. (TLN generally covers patients with United Health Care among others.) You can click on the link below to see if you do. If you choose to use TLN, I charge an additional $150 out-of-pocket service fee.  Due to changes in TLN's reimbursement structure, this fee will go up to $180 starting September 1, 2026. (This service fee is included in the "self-pay" cost.) This service fee is due at the time of the visit.  I encourage you to see if you are covered under TLN promptly as I have found that it can take a couple of days for TLN to get back to you regarding coverage. We can plan the visits accordingly if you are going this route. 

Payment due at the end of each visit. 

*If you live more than 20 miles from Richmond, I charge a $100 travel fee that is not covered by insurance
